Am I correct here, way off base or in "start another thread" territory?

@Charles McMillian  unfortunately with the internet the way it is.. and with all the people starting their real estate journey's thinking that they want private money like its cheaper than hard money.. this has lead the scammers to fill this dream niche... now reality private lenders that are real are far and few between.. rarely if ever will make loans to people they are not already associated with.. and certainly do not have a web presence.Any one with a web presence is in the business of lending  or screwing the public with up front non refundable fee's and never making a loan.. just plain ole crooks..

These 147 climate controlled units would just need to reach 0.3% of those households.And I think further value can be created by 1) slimming down the expenses 2) creating an online presence and 3) maybe create additional self-storage on the site.

Lastly whatever page and or platform you decide to have a presence on you have to make your page/account attractive.

Looking for an innovative brokerage with strong market presence.

It requires lots of training, more than just a course, as well as a real marketing presence, and a lot of initiative and persistence. 

My personal 2 cents (just from working in the city for almost a year - I work on Broad St.) is that the "corporate" area feels fairly safe, just because of the presence of the large companies and universities, and I've heard the ironbound area is up and coming.

No disrespect to anyone but the last thing that this beautiful platform of investing harmony needs is a cliquish prove you are worthy to be in my digital presence atmosphere.
