Hello, I'm pretty new to investing in Real Estate but recently got two deals accepted then out of the blue, I started getting emails from "Private Lenders"... Question I have to my Bigger Pocket Fam, how does any one go about checking if it's a real Private Lender?? One guy sent me a web site that he set up on hardmoneywebsite.com!!!! I mean REALLY???? It's a FREE site!!! if any one out there can help please feel free to comment...

Thank you all,

Charles

Hello @Charles McMillian  If the lender has lent funds in your area before ask for the addresses so you can physically look at a property and also check the records (mortgages on those properties) with the town.  Also, ask for references from the last 3 loans they have made.
