In 3 months there is going to be a furnace issue. 5 months there are some areas where the paint is thin and we think you should have someone come out and repaint at least two rooms.

It does need quite a bit of work - kitchens need to be redone, bathrooms need to be redone, hardwoods will need to be refinished and I plan to rip out the linoleum, tile, and carpet in any remaining rooms and replace it with LVP, I'd like to take the wood paneling down and then repaint the walls.  

Painted brick requires repainting, so you are creating a maintenance issue for yourself.

Repaint, maybe a few little fixes, but that's it.

We’ve made some updates in the house like new roof, new gas furnace, new windows, new kitchen, new bathrooms.We still want to repaint and improve the curb appeal.

It's mostly scratches but it's still going to be a pretty large bill just to repaint three vehicles.How's your 2020 so far?

I'm currently living in one of the units and our first project is to repaint the cabinets and struce up the kitchen and then we will be remodeling the bathroom next.

Currently remodeling the master bedroom and repainting the entire house.

This past summer I replaced rotted siding, soffits, repaired roof leaks, and repainted my whole house.
