Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $170,000
Cash invested: $6,000

First property and currently getting everything set up to have it be an Airbnb rental. Any advice or connections would be greatly appreciated. Including tax specialists, etc.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I knew that I wanted to get into real estate and started learning about the great benefits of Airbnb so I've decided to make my first property an Airbnb rental.

How did you finance this deal?

Loan with money saved for down payment.

How did you add value to the deal?

Currently remodeling the master bedroom and repainting the entire house.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
