I realize lots of factors affect the success of anyones marketing efforts, but I sure hate to start dropping thousands a month in yellow letters and postcards only to find that its not near enough.

San Diego is a competitive market- it makes me wonder how to reach out to homeowners that need to sell but don't have a stack of yellow letters and postcards to call from (although I wonder if they call around or just go with the first one).
