New situation for me.

I could use some quick help. Took a phone call today that I got from a postcard that I sent out. Turns out that the property is basically land. 3 old (1940's) cabins on it with no bathrooms. Owner says that the county wants to put condos/townhomes or commercial buildings up on the land. It didn't seem that the seller is that motivated. Wants to sell this property and the condo that they are living in and build a house for he and his wife.

Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks.
