rob, you are right. those houses will be cleaned up in no time. my buddy's dad has 4 in detroit and while looking for tenants, the ac and all copper in the house was gone. the previous tenants had poured a 5 gallon bucket over all hardwood in every room.we could not talk to them last night, so no update at the moment. i still like them though.

If they can most people go for bigger 30,000 gallons or double tanks. 

this is enough to buy 5 - 5 gallon buckets.
