There will be times when you may opt to forgo your commission.Education - The realtors association in my local area provides lots courses that I have been very educational and supportive in my investing. 

Sometimes on the purchase side he will take a commission however sometimes he will forgo all commissions  and give the full 6% to the listing agent.

Something that says rental insurance for your personal belongings is highly encouraged but if you chose to forgo it all damages to the tenant's personal property will be at the tenants expense.
