So, I use this term: "Orphan houses"This should help those who get distracted just because a house is sitting vacant, without (legal) residents.There are many reasons why a house may be vacant.

I know that many of us could have been millionAires once or twice by now too if we could have only avoided the distractions and shiny objects.

The 50/50 is a distraction to give you greater belief in his system.

Every minute there is a distraction from productive time on your business.  

Block your day in a way that you spend x amount of time on what needs to be done in your business, focus on your business during that time without distractions.

Not inclined to share him out and have him distracted while I still need him to get work done. :)

Companies have to get permits for signs and where they put them is regulated, especially if the signs has a changing LCD display that may distract drivers.

I don't want to discourage you but if you are new (and this is an assumption) don't let too many shiny objects distract you from whatever you first goal is in this business.So if this fits into that category then full speed ahead!
