Starting out. First post.
Hello! My name is Nick Kramsoff. I am an aspiring investor from North West Atlanta (Cobb County). I have no real estate experience, except for occasional summer work in construction back when I was a college student. I am currently with a consulting company. Prior to consulting I spent 15+ years in various financial management roles with a Fortune 500 company.
I have been thinking about real estate investing for a while now, just did not know where to start. This blog is great, it truly inspired me. I read lots of posts here and half a dozen books on real estate investing in the last few months. I have a flexible schedule - I spend two weeks at home and two weeks at a client location - so I can focus on investing full time when I am at home. I am interested in flipping homes and gradually building a portfolio of rentals. I look forward to networking with the experts and learning from their experience!
