I am looking for mobile homes that are in Parks or on land that people want to move

Anyone with experience purchasing Mobile Home Parks able to give me some advise on things to ask or look for in the due diligence phase? 

Anyway that's the short and simple but like i said read the blogs listen to the podcast and connect with others it will fall into place faster than you think if your dedicated.

If so, then you can't deduct the mortgage interest, but you can deduct a portion of property tax.And you will have some other expenses such as Internet and maybe mobile phone costs - but you will need to separate out "personal use" vs. business use.

I also find those with dedicated client management staff do better than those who don’t have this.

It takes a dedicated team (6 in our case) to meet regularly.
