Recommendations for PM north of Pittsburgh?

I'm working on a project that may require a PM to oversee roughly 300 mobile home park lots about 45 minutes north of Pittsburgh, PA. I know getting someone to travel outside of the city can be tough. Anyone have experience with a person or company they can recommend?
