Hi Geetha,I ventured out on a drive tonite before dark (Sunday) and normally vibrant hustling Austin was a almost a ghost town.Restaurant parking lots empty or almost empty, hardly any cars on the road at all compared to normal.Freeways wide open and clear, hardly any traffic noise at all.It wasn't quite the Key and Peele Apocalypse, but it was eerie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

I know that banks will not lend if the property is not "habitable" (e.g. electrical, plumbing, etc.) but will they not lend if there are certain items on the CO report that have not been fixed during a refinance (e.g. window needs to be replaced, interconnected smoke detectors, fire code items, etc.)?
