I just find it super strange that my ad, that had been up for weeks with no issues suddenly gets removed after I turned down the part/time RE agent and program director assistant's hand picked applicant. 

I may bring an eviction case in the future if the Applicant fails to pay future rent due after the funds of this award have been exhausted or if the award amounts do not cover all amounts due.I understand that These funds are to be used only for expenses that are not paid by other sources of financial assistance.

Here in SC we have a ton of programs for downpayment assistance and even lower interest rates- I would consider taking advantage of something like that as opposed to renting here.

You could also do a VA loan assumption of a loan from 2021-mid 2022, that way you'd have to put less down and still get a good rate, it would have to be on a property with less appreciation.Oh and if you have a friend thats an agent, get MLS access in your area if they will possibly add you as an assistant, etc.
