The area west of the I-10 and north of the 101 is great because of its freeway proximity (people coming in from California) and is about 5 minutes to Westgate and Camelback Ranch and Desert Diamond Casino and probably 10-15 minutes from the golf courses in Litchfield Park.Glendale is proposing a new PAD across the freeway from the Cardinals Stadium that should be a big deal if it goes through.
