Most of the nursing home are not taking care of the elderly.

STR's are not just for vacation rather many people who travel for work use them all the time (nurses, contractors, etc.)

I am an Active Duty Nurse Corps Officer and have an office job currently, so if a water leak occurred, I can make the appropriate calls (sometimes this takes at least an hour to get situated) needed to remedy the situation.

I work as a nurse and I knew this lady who needed help.

Although this past summer I partnered with some people including a neighbor of mine who is an AL admin, to offer $3.5M on an actual skilled nursing/AL center, we didn't win the bid though.

My Credit is 765, my wifes the same /part time  nurse- I have 80K saved, DI retirement $1043 monthly for life, I own 3 homes (2 rentals and 1 primary) which is my only debt. 

We are looking to buy few houses to do room rentals/ corporate rentals/ travel nurse/ other ways.Million thanks in advance! 

Also they they might do something for housing traveling nurses and such.

Unless he got long-term-care insurance, he could lose a lot of money paying for nursing homes.
