Didn't read reply, I'm sure there is good advice.What I would do with that is spend money on a good attorney and press for criminal charges, a local attorney can give you the best advice and this is not just wear and tear but major vandalism.

The one I have used, for example, with the criminal court clerk -- "Hey, did you hear about the scandalous traffic case?  

I intend to do credit report, criminal records check, employment history, eviction records, bankruptcies and past address history. 

My point is police have been tolerating so much disrespect and now the criminals are realizing and taking advantage i saw the footage of the CVS looting interrupt my CNBC a few times today... now police are in danger because there rightfully scared to shoot anyone without a gun... even if its a mob of angry criminals who out number the cops... i think they need to call in 500 ambulances and arm the police with the softest smallest bird shot maybe a .410 and have them aim for the feet of anyone looting but is unarmed....
