I've been there only once but it was before I had my eyes on real estate.

The value of these homes are close to nothing in their eyes.

I will look into those loan options and keep my eyes open for the "deal".

There is a protective covenants on the property which is wonderful as it protects the home from any dubious interests that would endanger the property.

They will catch the eye of a particular group and that's about it.

Wordpress websites can range from poor to decent based on the quality of the template but the problem is twofold: Wordpress needs to be updated constantly to address bugs and security fixes (which is a pain to do), and Wordpress is primarily a blog engine and doesn't look great for bonafide websites.From my critical eye, I can tell when a website is made on Wix or Wordpress and not in a good way.

Going forward I will keep a closer eye on this thread.Meetings are usually monthly?
