I was looking at one property that the realtor claimed to have a 24% commission to sell.

I was thinking of quit claim deed but am concerned about the due on sale clause.

When information provided by the “guru” is outdated, unworkable, unrealistic, or illegal2.

If units flood we want to be able to file a claim. 

I then also viewed the property 3 more times, the final time was 30 minutes prior to settlement and the Shed and it's contents were still at the property.A day after closing, a neighbor came to my door while working on the house and claims that the previous owner (prior the the house flipper I purchased the property from) had promised them the mower, bicycles and lawn chairs that are inside of my shed. 

., to prove she wasn’t a squatter who can claim adverse possession, sue her for the money you had to pay (need to keep your name and other assets clear) on the foreclosure.

My main issue is that the lender is claiming if I don't close by the 25th they are going to charge me 1.5bps per day until we close out since the rate lock expires.

If you have to file a claim, and if they try  to deny it ,guess who is going to look stupid, and very liable, since you did what the agent recommended??

You aren't submitting any claims to CMS are you?
