Pick a solution in line with the unit type. 

I will simply buy the item, then hire someone to go and pick it up and put it in storage.  

I do believe that if you pick the right conservative syndications, it's an easy way to diversify, maintain a low risk profile and come out slightly ahead of the market over time.

We have 2 bookings for 13 days in 2024.I will say our bookings for 2023 are a bit slower than usual but things should pick up after Christmas.

Once you have this team in place, you should be able to invest in any market confidently.As for picking a specific market - I would go after one with an increasing job and population growth.

-Rob,Greg, and Al I'd start with a real estate agent sending you all the new construction 2-4 family styles that have sold and pick one that is small and compact and sells for a premium.

He is a one man show so I get it however he keeps picking up other jobs during my flips.

Folks not familiar with the area tend to think there’s only a few log cabins to pick from, but the number is closer to 10,000.

And if I pick up a few more rentals with the equity I’ve got, 30k/month net seems doable and might be enough to retire on.
