Here's what's needed:Concrete work needed is 3 slabs that surround the steps and 3 slabs/sidewalk to extend around the mailboxes.

The price to remove a normal tank with no contamination is about $2,000 unless its under the driveway, sidewalk, or some other condition that makes it harder to remove. 

I'm sure they are all markings showing the locations of the utilities so that when they are digging up the streets, sidewalks, etc. they know where all the lines are so they don't cut into them.
