I want to do everything I can to pay for it or not be punished significantly by the debt in my life later.With all that information, is there anything I can do in real estate with no money?

Be punctual and consistent in charging late fees, issuing pay or quit notices, and file unlawful detainer promptly when the lease is violated.

And foregoing mortgage payments while interest continues to accrue also isn’t a solution because it’s still punishing landlords.

Landlords who own 4 more more properties now need to offer the tenant a payment plan (the shorter of 6 month or through the duration of the lease) before filing an unlawful detainer. 

I bought my house a few months ago, and the lender, Loan Care, claims I haven't made any payments, and the original broker, Change Home Mortgage, says I also owe for 2 months, even though they sold my loan the moment ...

I haven't wholesaled here in a while but it shouldn't be illegal to assign contracts.It is illegal  / unlawful to broker something you don't own without a license. 

You taking possession under that court order is invalid, unlawful, and is trespass.
