some will just say go away.. but for us I had man/girl teams 3 of them.. we knocked every NOD in a 2 million person market..if you were to do this on your own you would have to really narrow down your focus and maybe pick 200 houses as close to you as possible and start with those. and you could bring your Hubby or significant other with you if your worried about your safety.Oregon were we are at is a pretty mellow area.. no real ghetto war zones to speak of ..

Originally I didn't include landscaping, I now do, but families I rent to don't mind doing it because they use the yards.The other type of renters are single roommates, 2 or 3 girls, or guys, and a 3BR is affordable either way.
