For ag-2  2 acres would be the base and anything more would be rated at a lower rate once they hit another 2 acres they might be rated higher, but not at the same as the base rate unless it is allowed to subdivide.

My goal on BP is to build mutually fruitful relationships for years to come while learning the ropes of real estate from all the great people here.

Some things may work better than others, but it is all fruitful to some degree. 

One reason I think making a commitment to getting licensed and learning the business that way will usually lead to a more fruitful and long lasting career.. in ether resi  commercial leasing working for a builder developers etc.
