Funds Available for Age-Restricted Housing Developments
We have funds ready to partner with developers of age-restricted condo/townhome developments, ideally greenfield projects. Housing for active seniors, any state, nation-wide. Regular condor or townhouse developments, detached or high-density are all acceptable. $20MM - $200MM. Deal should have mid- to high-ratio of 65 years of age or older, ideally 40% or higher.
