Than I'd take it on, right the ship, run it correct and enjoy the margin until makes sense to execute on the option. 

Great thing about that area if you are in Boston you can buy as a Vacation home with only 10% down and still rent it out.  

Beyond that, I enjoy cultural exchange quite a bit and having my perspectives challenged.

I'm particularly interested in the Poconos and Upstate NY (Catskills region).Outside of real estate, I enjoy working as a mental health therapist and traveling the world with my family!

There are a few that are either "really close" of simply don't fit other criteria that we want (one example, a group looked quite promising, however when digging into the PPM / OM's we found that the whole thing was based in the Caymans... that's a great place to vacation, and I really liked the Caymans... however I don't want to have to figure out the legal structure of something that's not US based should I ever need to.... so, that's not one were invested in).Feel free to reach out privately - always willing to chat.

HelloWe travelled to tarpon springs with my wife in March and really loved the area and the parks/beaches there.We are thinking about buying a vacation house/ investment property there.

Be prepared for large assessments you'll possibly need to pay into, and I would make sure the majority of the condo is STR already in a large vacation market.
