I require they be added to the lease, and I run my checks on them.Imagine if that person has 4 evictions or better yet has a history of crime or restraining orders, domestic violence and damage to property..Getting Mail there is an easy proof for you in court to show someone else is living there.

So all that leaves are the people who have had bad experiences and the trolls who have never actually bought TKs but for some reason have an ever-living hatred of them and care to share it.My experience with them is that I started buying them for myself, for quite a while actually, and the through that I ended up getting more on the marketing side specifically, indirectly the seller side, of them and so through that I've probably seen hundreds of TK purchases.
