Tenant breakups

Last year I rented to an unmarried couple. After a year she moved out in May. Today I get a text message asking if I could be there while she removed her stuff from the house. He is out of town for the next week so he won't be around. She also stated that he may have changed the locks. She is still on the lease and still has a key (if they still work).

So how should I handle this?
