We took a couple of months off for the holiday season, but I plan to ramp it up again shortly.

(Holidays, etc.)If you were aggressive, I'd bet you could cover half the costs in a given year without too much trouble.

Apparently this was her grandmothers/aunts house and she was showing pictures of the house when they used to live there and she visited for all the holidays.

Winter came early and with force - 4' of snow before the end of December {half of which has been rained away in an uncharacteristic "tropical oasis" the past 2-weeks}.Though SFHs are typically on their own, we did send our snow removal service around to our student houses to clear the drives and, in some cases, the roofs, before the students returned from the holidays.

For this deal, first time I see the HUD-1 is at the closing table - I wasn't happy about it - perhaps I should have delayed closing to review, but closing was on a Friday during the holidays, and I had the weekend blocked off with no distractions to get started working on the property, and well... here we are...
