I would highly suggest you take your house rules and main info sheet out of the binder, laminate them, and hang one copy on the fridge and leave one copy on top of the bed of every bedroom.

I was told by realtors: of course 2 beds, but from my personal experience as a young professional, I always feel it’s hard to find an affordable 1 bed/studio in MA.

Its a 3 bed 2.5 bath house.

I can get at least a 3 bed 2/1 baths and house hack that.

Ive had a couple showings where they wanted to fit a king size bed, but it would be a tight fit.
