1b1b Apt or 2b1b for rental property?
Hi, I’m new to BiggerPockets.
I’m considering to get my first rental property. Given that I can only afford a unit under 300k, which one may be a better investment : 1 bedroom apt or 2 bedrooms?
I was told by realtors: of course 2 beds, but from my personal experience as a young professional, I always feel it’s hard to find an affordable 1 bed/studio in MA. As for 2 beds apt, I’d rather go fOR a large complex with on site management.
What do you think?
