Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Safford.

Purchase price: $70,000
Cash invested: $3,000

3 Bed 1 bath , currently rehabbing

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Least amount of money out of pocket

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Used Deal Machine and got ahold of the seller. Was wanting to flip, but it was a better buy and hold. Offered a much lower price for cash and offered higher with a little interest to carry us for 2 and a half years.
