Anyone know about the Dog Deal software?

I feel more confident and prepared now since joining BP.I'm a software developer by trade but have many a hobby and skills. 

I am looking for a good software tool to help analyze deals quicker.

@Aaron Lawson @Henri Meli have you guys come up with a software/program to search for these multifamily properties other than county property appraiser sites?

I am studying to become a Software Engineer (and hopefully someday design software for REIs).

I used excel until I got to 25 units, and I wish I would have used a software sooner.
