this is just the real estate version of the Nigerian prince scheme we have all seen over the years... they use BP   Linkdin  facebook  to troll for those that ask for money then respond.. and believe me it works with not only newbies but real estate professionals as well.. some of the better scammers are pretty good at this.I suggest you watch this one episode on American Greed.. its was on Remmington financial.. and you can see how pervasive fake lenders are ..

I promised to not make the amount public but I'll say that it was more than fair for me.

I have no deals under me as of yet however my future in real estate looks promising due to the time I am taking to educate myself.

What if someone will duplicate the keys and rent it out on fake lease taking cash deposit from unsuspected Tenants?

You will find some credible advice and direction there i can promise you that. 

Well, how about the promise that you will present the deal to your buyer list?

Don’t do it by borrowing it with the promise that it will come back any time soon.And finally, don’t overestimate your ability to exit by selling individual units.

I recently purchased an occupied property and the tenant claims the previous landlord "promised" to maintain the lawn.

tough to find.. however be careful your most likely going to get hit by scammers promising you loans if you just pay this or that app fee etc etc.. these folks are just trying to steal your money..

Don’t let greed get rid of a good thing for the promise of higher returns.
