Philadelphia real estate beginner looking for connections

Hi everyone,

I am a college kid living in Philadelphia. After a summer of studying real estate, I am looking to start investing. Rental properties appeal the most to me, but I really like the capital-raising power of flips, so I am open to everything. I've come to learn that this is a hard market to be in for beginners after looking at/making offers on a few properties. I'm looking for others with the same goals as me to meet up, and hopefully make connections that will set up the foundation of future deals we may do together. A few people working together have much more property finding ability as well as capital than just one person alone, and I feel doing a mini-syndication on properties is a great way to start out since you're sharing knowledge as well as risk. Lets meet up and grab some lunch in the area and hopefully get on our way to our real estate goals! Message me if you're interested!

Kind regards,

Daniel Golub

@Daniel Golub that sounds like a great idea to me. I'm a new investor (and now agent) with 1 deal under my belt, which is a buy and hold rental. I'm always interested in talking to others about the business.
