THE MID TERM GOAL:Once I've purchased the two properties, and have some factual data on them, I plan on going to my network in China and getting investors in properties in the USA.

Then I might come back with a country white or a very similar color like china white or ect they have at Walmart.

I have a tenant who is a visiting scientist from China.

If we lease an apartment in the United Kingdom for example, it receives booking requests from travelers Canada, United States, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, China etc.

My investors are from New Zealand, Australia, China, Israel, West Coast and more!

In slowdown in consumer spending in Europe, US or Japan will also greatly affect China who is already investing at a higher percentage than their consumption.

How does that influence the price of tea in China?

China has outlawed Bitcoin in-favor of their own digital current, if the US and the EU follow suit, Bitcoin will face real challenges and be relegated to criminal activity.  

I import as much as I can from China which makes everything more affordable as well

Compare this to countries like China, Vietnam, Taiwan Hong Kong etc which have had past pandemic experience and the population largely more compliant, those countries have nearly defeated the virus.
