@Charles Seaman I live in CA 40 minutes from LA, as you know the market here is very expensive and the ROI is lower, so I cant really invest on something even 3 hours away, thats why I always focus on out-of-state.The main reason I want a multi-family because I think it would be much easier to manage 16-20 units under the same roof than having them all over the place.So you saying that a property manager on a multi will always need my help even If I’m paying for one?
