I hedged my bets that the property would hopefully go up since the Arizona market had been so badly beaten up and that the location was so strategically located to a very popular campus ( Arizona State University) and there was speculation that they would be building the Cubs Spring Training facility across the street ( lucky for me they built this 100 million dollar facility)..

No universities.

Travelers rest is a great little town 15 minutes outside of Greenville and hope to a fantastic university, Furman.

Hopefully by the end of this year, I'll have a total of six properties which will pay for my kids educations when they get to university/college.After that though, I'd love to get into apartments (like everyone else).

Have any of you guys looked at the housing policies used by colleges in their university housing? 

Pro - a division 2 university, close to an air force base and very cheap housing. 

It is one of the rougher parts of the city and not that close to any universities.

well I think most land contracts are universal through out the US.. its a two stage process.One default of the land contract.. then an eviction as the owner of the land contract is now a tenant at sufferance.Now I could be wrong but that would be my guess.. get the land contract foreclosed  then file for eviction.

I have a student rental in near a smallish, but growing state university. 

Waiting on one to move out by end of month, it's near Furman University and would make a great buy/hold.
