Anyone started a Facebook group to advertise student rentals?
I have a student rental in near a smallish, but growing state university. It's still mostly a local/regional school with many students living at home, but there are students living off-campus but not at home. As far as I can tell, from calls to Campus Life to asking the local REIA, there's no Off-Campus Housing info site at this college, no active roommate or rental housing listing on Facebook or Instagram.
Has anybody ever started a Facebook group specifically for local student rental listings? Is it an idea that makes sense? If so, how would it work?
