Being the innovator agent with a PhD in Bigger Pockets would be ideal,  but I also want to be with an agency that provides great training and mentoring since I'm brand new.

Most brands also have a tamper proof tab you can activate when you install it that makes it hard to remove unless you know exactly how to do it.

Any advice for a noobie trying to build a brand and make some real money?
