Anyone here have experience buying leads from Realtor or Zillow?

Hello Everyone, 

spoke with a realtor.com rep earlier, 40 leads for 12 month subscription at $340 a month. Is this worth it, my area's median price is 900k but i am new and have not sold anything yet. Any advice for a noobie trying to build a brand and make some real money? Thank you for you feedback in advance.
