Don’t you just hate it when spam calls are identified as spam calls? 

Usually when we get a "marketing" post on BP, something is about to be sold - and that puts the poster of such ads into the "spam" category.

I also wanted to thank the moderators for doing such an amazing job keeping the community free of spam and irrelevant info.

They spam my inbox (>7000 posts on a website like this in my profession = big bulls eye for everyone out there with a wonky mortgage loan product).

USER BANNED FOR SPAM

Will be glad to have a bite to eat and chat about REI.I gave up on Bandit Signs about 2yrs ago or so when I had to face a judge for spamming the city - lucky and to make a long story short I had to pay ONLY $600 in fines and 6mo probation.LS

But, this type of public advertising for investors/partners is frowned upon by the SEC and most states without the proper registrations having happened beforehand.They frown upon links to articles here and I do not spam so if you want, send me a PM and will give you the link to an article discussing how to stay legal when seeking investors/partners.

Today I received a new foreclosure alert from Tax_liens_dot_com Alerts, a.k.a. lists_dot_foreclosure_dot_com for a property that went under contract over two months ago.
