Basically this complex is six unit three-story and all one bedroom with 700 sq. ft. each. and street parking (no parking garage) Please let me know what additional info I need to provide to better helm me on this project.thank you 

Multifamily is top of mind since it provides a mix of efficiency and long-term growth.

Personally I do not like providing appliances for tenants as the repairs and headaches start adding up.

Finding an agent that knows the market and can find you properties that provide a profit (for both of you) is worth the effort.One more thing about the contract . . . be sure to read the ENTIRE document and ask for clarification is needed. 

On here just last week, someone told everyone that all tenants hate their landlords so there was really no need to provide any level of adequate or decent levels of respect or service.

The operation of an STR has almost nothing to do with real estate and 100% to do with hospitality, that is where you can distinguish yourself from other operators, provided you made a good decision in your initial purchase. 

I have not received any feedback regarding that, but I like to imagine it does provide a new level of coziness upon their stay. 

And you can provide a good value by charging a lot less than the big operators.

As a wholesaler, you should provide value.

I have never provided a water dispenser/ice maker in any of my other units, but rather a Brita and ice trays with no complaints.
