The strategy used  should be based on what strategy works best within a specific market and property within that market and how that combination delivers the criteria found at that specific timeline in your REI Plan.

I was getting stories that both were delivered and just needed to be installed.

I'm a little concerned about giving my information to someone over the internet and also making sure that what they are offering is what they can deliver on.

If you do not build a relationship with a reliable crew, contractors or tradesmen that can deliver much better prices, for basic turnovers and general maintenance you will end up spending so much that it will take decades to recoup, if ever.

They didn't deliver the speeds they promised and when I quit, tried to run my card for $400 canx fee.

Hello, I just mailed out my tenants security deposit (in full w interest blah blah blah) to their specified forwarding address via UPS and see it was delivered per “met customer”.

The next two we bought we put it in the contract that they needed to be delivered vacant. 

Sometimes we will pay for materials and have directly delivered to job site.

The condo was delivered to me in February 2020 and a few weeks after the pandemic break thru and everything came to a halt.
