We had 2.2 months of inventory in August that is up from last years months of inventory of 1.4 months back in August 2023.We also have had a nice drop in mortgage rates the last several months so I am just hoping rates stay low and inventory increases even more so that we have a lot more real estate sales this winter. 

Especially if you’re nice.

In terms of living in Columbus, it's affordable and the nice thing is you can be pretty much anywhere in 20-30 minutes. 

My house is pretty nice, with a nice detached garage, and land.

It will be nice to connect with other Newbie investors in the area and exchange plans and ideas.

They may not be as nice as I like when I buy them but after the first round of renovations the majority of the work has been done and most run pretty much on auto pilot after that.

I have set up a few groups but its nice to have someone who has more RIE success so feel free to reach out or send me an email.Be nice to have another person I can refer to for my customers that want to talk to a local and may know more.

You also have a good product, near the beach and very nice! 

I’d probably look to rent just in one lease, probably a nice middle ground between having 5 tenants & paying a property manager  

The roof needs replaced and it would take a lot of work to make it look nice.
