Type 1 actually consists of two different types:1a) Large companies committed to profits, offering low and/or flat fees to get investors to hire them in mass quantities, but are using poorly trained offshore workers to handle everything remotely.1b) large companies committed to service, not offering teaser rates, so they have the cashflow to offer better services.

I want to find a solution in effort to maximize family harmony!

If you gave him a blanket statement to install per local code and you didn't give him a specific quantity or location then the contractor is at fault.

@Vadim Babets - This topic came up at the BEC several weeks ago and the general consensus by the expert panel was that the only known quantity is what is now, inflation is not going to disappear in the very near future and even if it does back off, it's not expected that prices go back down, thus there is no time like the present to get started.    

Those things are usually tightly controlled and often very expensive and frequently offered in limited quantities. 

Although non-prorata distributions are permissible with a partnership, contributions and distributions should be done in harmony with the operating agreement, which is what all members ultimately agree to.
