It's one I've considered myself. eXp is another. eXp is fantastic for agents that are experienced and/or don't need any of the perks and support a traditional brokerage would offer.

1.utilize this platform and look for agents where the property is located.Focus on the ones who have a good amount of investment experience.

Look for agents that are more measured with their commitments.

Is there any one-off or flexible E&O insurances that offer solutions for agents in my position who don't do this full-time but still want to help clients on occasion?

Ok, that foundation laid, here is my point; If looking around at sites for agents, it's almost universal that all the site builders and service focus about 90%+ on the visual aspect and 10% or less on content.

We definitely have the best deal for agents, but right now the push back I'm getting from people in other organizations is that "I like the culture"  and "I like the training" and "I like my mentor"Ugg...

Rural C is fine for age but I'd avoid C or less for all other reasons.No rehabs or someone else's flip.
