I'm in the process of getting back into investing in Kansas City and I'm looking for an Investor Agent as well as wholesalers of local properties.  My focus will be both KCK & KCMO.  Johnson County, Wyandotte, Brookside, Waldo, Hyde Park...etc.  Right now I'm looking for my first flip but plan on including buy and hold rentals later.  Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
