A couple of things I WISH it had, if you are listening @Brandon Turner :-), are the ability to export to excel so we can do studies covering ALL years and a 'depreciation feature' like the Investment Property Calculator over at Dinkytown.com. 

Lots of opportunities to buy great properties if you know what the look for (the sweet spot of property size/features as I like to tell my clients).

Think in terms of benefits you offer rather than the features of the process.

I'm a Plus member and when I click the Other Actions option, I don't see this feature.

@JD Martin I am through with the multiple references to no pets- I just find it incredible (as in I don't believe them) when they can quote me the features and amenities of the unit and they were unable to see the multiple references to no pets. 

Thought I would share our success so far and some before/after pictures.We purchased our house in an up and coming Clearwater, FL neighborhood that is very close to the Pinellas trail (a great biking/walking trail that runs the length of our county and is a huge feature in our parts) and just 2 miles from booming downtown Dunedin, FL with tons of great restaurants, breweries, shops, and festivals. 

We have been using this feature for years and are now trying to find the best alternative.  

Ideally, you will be able to find recently (last 6 months, or even the last few weeks) sold properties (at least three) that are as identical in features (style, beds, baths, square footage, lot size, condition) in the same neighborhood as your subject property. 

As far as home features go....
