I will say, most cabins are on well water, which can be tricky - the water can be very mineral-y and, depending on the well and conditions, can have an odor (sulfur) or some color.  

I would also add Icy's Plain and Fancy for best ice cream in the world.

If it is in the house it is usually a white colored  mold.

I don't have Home Depot in my area but I use a common color with a Satin finish.

@Jordan Herman,I'd suggest picking 1 basic white paint color, and always using that for everything, walls/trim/ceiling. 

Old fashioned receipt (light blue) color works.

I used to keep an excel spreadsheet with all that info.I used colors and cells to denote the metrics.I also had a column with the dates of each call and a section with notes.Obviously there are a LOT better ways to do that, but  yeah.. imagine that, that is how I used to get by!
